Autograph letter signed from George Rose, London, to William Winter [manuscript], 1877 July 9.

Rose indicates that he is glad that Winter has gone to catch a glimpse of Paris, and he mentions various dinners in London. Letter signed Geo. Rose and addressed "Dear old man." On letterhead of 96, Gloucester Place, Portman Square. Annotation in Winter's hand reads "Arthur Sketchley, received July 31st 1877, answered."
